General Shipping Information

Merchandise orders are processed through our Rams Zone Gift shop (located in the North Lobby of the Thomas M. Ryan Center.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, regardless of shipping method selected!

All expedited orders (2nd day and Next day) ship on business days only (Monday-Friday 3:00pm). UPS does not ship on weekends or holidays. Please plan accordingly for any Friday orders.

 

Our merchandise is shipped via UPS. Therefore, it is necessary to use a physical address--not a PO Box--for the shipping address. If you are having merchandise shipped to a military address or a PO Box address, it will be shipped through the US Postal Service. Second day and overnight do not apply.

Gift Cards are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (Flat Rate $5.75).

Diploma Frames are shipped directly from the manufacturer (Rate $20.00). Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.


TEXTBOOK
Textbook orders are processed at the start of each term. Processing time will vary depending on quantity of orders received. Please plan on at least 5-7 business day before orders are processed and shipped.
